This dress is double-layered with the top layer being a recycled silk chiffon circle skirt.  The inner layer is a recycled wool/polyester blend with a column of antique lace down the center.  The top bodice section is recycled chiffon with a tie closure at the back neck.  The drape of the silk chiffon top layer is floaty and feminine. A great fabric weight for summer.
